Suited Stays (“we”) works without accounts or sign-in, and we never ask for your name or phone number. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

1. What we collect

• When you email us: your email address and message.
• When you use the site: your quiz answers (destination, travel companions, preferences), the hotels we showed and in what order, clicks on “View on Agoda” (which hotel, at which position, and the previous page address), and timestamps. These records contain nothing that identifies you, such as your name, email or IP address.
• Hosting logs: our hosting provider may keep access logs, including IP addresses and browser details, for security and troubleshooting.

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your messages
• To improve recommendations (aggregate stats on which hotels people choose)
• To run and secure the service

3. How long we keep it

• Emails: kept for one year after we’ve replied, then deleted.
• Usage records: these don’t identify anyone, so we keep them as long as they help improve the service.

4. Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. When you click “View on Agoda” and land on Agoda, Agoda may set its own cookies to connect your booking and pay our commission. That’s covered by Agoda’s privacy policy.

5. Sharing and service providers

We don’t sell or share your information. We use the providers below to run the service, so data may be stored outside your country (for example in the United States).

• Supabase Inc.: database (usage records)

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you’ve sent us by email. Just contact us below.
